Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever I have been trying to get a hold of them for 5 days now, phoning and holding for more than 20 minutes with no answer... requesting call back but nothing. I have spend more than R300 airtime trying to get hold of anyone just to cancel the service. But come month end they take my money... this is the worst service I have ever received. I am so frustrated with them. I will never use them again nor recommend them.

I finally got hold of you. First guy very short answers, just told me to cancel on app, but it doesn't allow me. So phoned again, second guy is a sweety. Finally told me he will escalate my cancelation. That guy if he comes through is your best 👌
