Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever. App**** for and received a 4g sim card from Rain as a temporary solution until my fibre was installed. Was assured there is reception in my area and that there is a 7 day money back if cancelled within the 7 day period. Took the sim card home, absolutely no reception where I stay. I cancelled the sim card 3 days later as it is pointless paying for something that I have absolutely no use for. Up to now (3 weeks) no contact from rain except a message to ask me how they can improve my service ? I have sent numerous mails and messages to no avail. I received a message saying they can't reach me. Strange, as my number is a company phone, and they seem to be the only people out of 30+ people not able to reach me. Would not recommend rain to anyone
