Worst customer service ever.
I've been with Rain for almost 2 years now with very little complaints. The past couple of weeks I've experienced the worst service ever. I called ... no answer... I've emailed still no response. 5G service has had the worst quality and I am at wits end. I logged a call to upgrade and recieved a call with in minutes....impressive
NO... AS SOON AS THE OPPERATOR HEARD THAT I AM EXPERIENCING BAD INTERNET AND PROBLEMS, SHE LAUGHED AND DISCONNECTED THE CALL... HORRIBLE.
If anyone can assist me to another provider that actually cares about after service.
