Worst Customer service ever

I have just noticed Something with whoever is responding to issues hear. They only answer to people who give them good reviews. For those of us who having issues and expressing our frustrations with the ISP we're just being Ignored. I have been trying to contact them via Messenger, Whatsapp, their App still no-one responds. When I finally called today got thee worst customer service agent, Rude and not willing to listen to any of the issues I am having.
