Worst customer service, can’t get documents

Worst customer service ever. Can’t get a statement with my address on. I’ve been battling since Thursday last week. Nobody can assist, nobody knows what’s going on. They keep escalating the matter and they have sent me like 40 statements without my address on. Before you could get it off the app and now you can’t get one at all. They keep escalating the matter but nothing materialised. I request someone in a managerial position contact me, 3days later still waiting
