Worst customer service, basically no technical support available.....BEWARE

Ordered a sim card via takealot. The rica process was such an inconvenience and received numerous error messages. After numerous attempts to rica, i was successful. However, the sim has not worked since i received it. customer service has been completely useless and have been unable to assist me at all. i have submitted a number of support tickets, and nobody on their side is able to fix the problem form me. after a few emails back and forth they eventually stop responding and leave you with an unresolved problem. This has happened more than once. And still no solution after more than a week. rain does not care about customer service, and they do not respond to support tickets.
