Worst Customer Service and Network Provider
The worst worst worst Customer Experience I have ever recieved from the Rain I have never been this upset with any business.
I want you to come and get your pathetic router from my home.
Two whole weeks going on and on about the same query yet twice deliver two incorrect orders then calling in on my airtime and being put on hold for over 3p mins
You guys should just close down.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND RAIN TO ANYONE!!
Infact I rate them - 0!

08 Sept 2022, 15:48You better get as soon as by next week Tuesday if not I will be away until Dec months and as even then I will not be staying in Cape Town for my Dec month so this little useless router better make sure its collected before next week tuesday between 16h00 and 17h00.
And you better make sure I am not billed from the 30 of August until now coz I did not use your service at all so you better make sure I am sent the correct Bill
