Worst customer service

Paid my R479 and can't rica my sim card. Requested a call back from their website spoke to a Lady tried to resolve the issue but they can't. I requested a refund the lady said she will do the refund now and I'm still waiting. Tried logging tickets no one gets back to you. Paid for something I can't use and not receiving my refund.
