Worst customer service

Bad customer service and I wouldn't recommend anyone to them. My router was disconnected on the 17th of December 2023 with no explanation and continued with normal debit as per usual like nothing happened, called in to enquire and they said it was a technical issue and so they will fix it but until today they havent fixed it and I called before 12 January to cancel and they said no we will debit for January even though they can confirm that my router stopped working on the 17th of Dec....****mers
