Worst customer service

I’m absolutely appalled by the lack of customer service at Rain. I have been hung up on, promised numerous call backs that have not been fulfilled & I’ve requested to speak to a manager several times yet none has gotten back to me. It’s absolutely pathetic the way they treat customers. The contact centre claims I have an outstanding bill of R479 that they can’t confirm is for which month, yet their website shows my payments are up to date. I’m up to my ears with annoyance. The amount of airtime I have spent trying to get this resolved is ridiculous.
