Worst Customer Service

If I could give a negative rating I would. Bad customer service, they all don't have a clue what is happening. The 5G always goes offline randomly and it doesn't at least roll back to 4G when the network signal is bad. how is this better than just getting the 4G router. The speed is good but it's of no use if signal is not there. Buy at own risk... or if it's the only option you have
