Worst Customer service

I purchased a Rain sim card on the 21st of March. I called Rain and alerted them the sim is not working and I need them to tell me what the problem is. I have been calling and then opted to get a upgrade to the 5g router and sim. The consultant told me that they will call me back. Till today no one has called, no router has been delivered the old sim still not working.

The nerve of debiting my account after continuously stating that the sim is not in use and looking for another option for 5g. I hope you wont debit this month as I have not used any of your services, no one is calling back yet I have mailed you guys countless number of times.
