Worst customer service
I have the worse customer services with rain for the past week. I'm even shocked to the core. Worse the last we spoke to who bluntly refused to give me her name was rude. Unprofessional and was not willing to assist. I'm sure if you log in our account the last activity was her. Will we ever get assistance from rain because y'all are not speaking the same language
