Worst customer experience

Absolute worst customer experience I have ever had. No one could help me with regards to a cancellation and collection, no one knew what was going on, everyone had a different answer/opinion for me and could not help me. Definitely not there to serve and help the customer. Terrible experience and service. I would however like to mention a young lady Lerato at the Town Square Rain shop in Joburg who did try her best to help despite the poor elements and support around her.Thank you.
