worst customer experience ever,stay away from this company

i have been sitting for 5 days now trying to get connected to WIFI, the signal strength is excellent but no internet connection, tried all option on their portal and contact center but no luck,this is the worse company i had to deal with and i made a worst mistake of my life by trusting them
