Worst customer experience ever

I bought a rain 5g standard product and I found that it is not working as they claim...actually , it does not connect to the internet and after logging numerous calls...there is no response over 12 days now...I made initial payment and there is an invoice for next payment for 1 June 2020...how so? You cannot call them and also, cannot cancel this service and return their product....
