Worst customer experience ever!!

Worst customer experience ever. Been having interrupted internet for the last week and when I called to complain I got “ the line is busy and we will call you back “. They’ve emailed me saying they will call me back but I heard nothing since. However, as soon as it came to an increase in premiums my phone was spammed with emails and SMS saying they increasing the premium. This has been going on for months now as well. So now, I’m just waiting for an automated response saying “ we sorry for this experience we will call you soon….” Definitely cancelling my contract with them.
