Worst customer experience

Since I joined Rain I have been unable to access RainGo. I started raising tickets on 8 Oct 2025 to date my issue has been resolved. Their customer service is the pits. If it’s not bots it’s a foreign call centre that does not understand and the constant escalations to nowhere.
