Worst customer care and issue resolution

Service is very poor they have *********** staff working on customer care. My router is not working it’s been a month yet they want me to pay 499, when you call them they tell me that I should put the router on the window. Personally I wouldn’t not recommend rain to anyone, poor network and the worse Custer service. What they say their upload speed is and download speed is is not true
