Worst consumer experience ever ...

Had the worst ever experience with Rain Internet Service provider ... Customer service is non-existent with nobody ever answering support number - just music playing for hours (out of about 20 attempts to call - none was successful) online chat - you can seat in a queue for good 2 hours waiting for your turn. Ordered 5G uncupped service online - coverage map on their site showed that we are very well covered. I thought whatever they are advertising (service of the future, lightning fast speeds) is too good to be true, but decided to give it a try. Today my 5G CPE modem with sim was delivered and after an hour of trying to connect, spent another hour waiting for support chat operator. They've repeated instructions from the brochure included in my package, but when I said it is still does not work, offered me to troubleshoot in Google !!! ... After I've complained they've asked again for my address and advised that tower in my area is not working properly and is under maintenance ****il further notice, how long - they don't know) so I'm only covered for 4G ... though they've sold me the most expensive 5G package ... what a pile of bull****. Well, cancelled straight away - waiting for collection and refund.
