Worst Connectivity

Without doubt the worst network coverage in SA. I am unable to connect to the internet almost everyday between the hours of 16:00 to 21:00 with only limited connection showing on all devices. I raised this a couple of times with RAIN and only received a n off the shelf response about my router connecting to a different 5G tower than usual. From other reviews it seems that this is their standard response to connection issues. Since receiving these responses, no further communication is received from RAIN. This is beyond frustrating as these are the hours I normally do administrative work and I am failing dismally due to poor network. Considering cancelling the service and moving over to a more reliable service provider.
