Worst Connections

Hi Rain team, am really not happy with the service am getting and right now as am typing this I cannot wait for my area to be covered with fiber so I can stop my service with you.

We are using the 5G box, before we take it we checked for coverage of 5g and it was covered but now we are only able to use 4g. 5g does not work well at, it can connect but you stream with buffers and the worst part of it all ia that out of the blue the connection just drop and we don't get any communication of what is going on.

And the connection issues with Rain gets worse when it's raining, I have heard many people from different locations complain about this.

If you could fix your connections around Birch Acres, Kempton Park please.
