Worst connection

Rain connection has moved from bad to worst. This is not the fault of the support consultants, I have had wonderful assistance from the consultants BUT unfortunately they cannot resolve the connection issues. Rain 5G used to be the most reliable connection, now its non-existent.

I am going to cancel Rain finally
