Worst company to deal with

i asked for a cancellation in august or beggining of september they told me about the bill run,i was like okay so ull debit on 25th setember and that will be last payment they agreed,to my suprise i recive an sms today about payment haibo when i asked they telling me about billing circle again so they actually forcing me to stay with them when i want nothing to do with them.....i asked for cancellation and they dont want to cancel my account

haibo ive been asking for the cancellation for the past three month and you still asking me that question?//yes and dont debit my account

This is really irritating because i just received communication that my account is still active, what the hell is going on here????????????????????????worst feeling dealing with you after iveused your services for more than five years ,worst decision ive ever made ,IS MY ACCOUNT CANCELLED OR WHAT??????????????????
