Worst company RAIN

I am really ****ed off at this moment. I cancelled my rain subscription at the beginning of June and i clearly stated that it must be done with immediate effect as i do not have the funds available. I spoke to an indian women who was from India and i had to clearly get through to her asking her if she understood me properly. She said everything is in order. Here we go on Saturday morning i get a debit order going through for R566.00 off my account. So what was the purpose of me phoning and cancelling... Can they provide me with a recording of the call.
