Worst Company in the Country

I cannot rate it lower than 1 sadly. I cancelled my services with them half way in October and they still continue to charge me. I have been fighting them for nearly a week to get a refund from them and they are just delaying over and over again. This is actually theft and they do not see it. They are ruining their reputation over simple things and incompetence. They are actually worse than Telkom used to be as an ISP.
