WORST COMPANY IN SOUTH AFRICA
RaIn should actually get no stars. I pay for 5G unlimited 50Mbps, but I'm lucky if I get 2Mbps. Their customer support is non-existent and I don't think RAIN actually cares as long as we each month for a service that is unusable.

20 Nov 2021, 22:48The problem is with your towers and / or lack of sufficient coverage, over subscriptions etc. Fix them. Stop telling us to do various steps which will not fix the problem because the problem is not with at our end.
