Worst company ever!!!

After annoyance with rain & it’s service I requested a cancellation of the account & switched over to Mweb. Imagine my shock yesterday when I received an email advising my account is being handed over due to non-payment. When I check the account online it shows I’ve been charged for months post my cancellation request. So why am I liable for that amount? How am I being handed over when no prior contact has ever been made with me as I would’ve told that person I’d cancelled that account. To say I am livid is an understatement!

Yo make matters worse, I’m not getting any response on their social media platforms! This is ********** service!
