Worst Company ever

When it comes to communication rain is the worst company Ive ever come across even the 1 start is too good for them. So they decided to change they invoice format for no apparent reason, when I submitted my claim at work for the 1st time, invoice had a mobile number and sim name.The way the dates was placed was strange so I could only claim for May in June for example which did not matter as much.Now they've taken out mobile number and sim name and fixed the dates but I cannot claim with these invoices because my original application had these thing. A consultant called and advised they would fix it its been 3 weeks of utter silence I have been contacting them with no feedback whatso ever not even an aknwledgement of my email. This company is the worst and they are now nothing but a headache in my lif
