Worst Company and Service

For four months in a row I have changed my payment date from the 25th to the 1st of the month- however Rain continues to change back the date to the 25th without my consent. Each time, I pay and change it back. They assure me its on the 1st and yet again they bill me on the 25th. This is the worst sort of company any person could be dealing with, their connectivity is slow and intermittent even though I'm paying for 100mbps. They are either dishonest or completely ***********. Whatever you do, don't choose Rain.
