Worst company and really bad customer support

Please explain this when you already cause me a load of bank charges I am paying back because you won't settle the charges for your companies mistake..

I will return your device when I am ready, try and charge me and I sue the hell out of you, I have my proof

Escalate all you want to, you cuased a big amount in charges on my account when I cancelled but carried on charging for a year, and who's suppose to clear that charges? Because you avoiding that!

So they collected their router when it suit me, but still no mention of how they going to help me cleared the bank debt they created after I explicitly expressed i wanted to cancel my account with them. Overall Internet service is good but the customer support and assistance is A BIG FAIL & THE WORST! gues my lawyers should now file or compensation and more, nothing but stress and anxiety they have cause me!!!
