Worst Company
RAIN purports to provide internet 5G service. I would love to know when do they intend to start as after 6 months of experience it is down 50 % of the time. They have zero client care or on boarding. Their call center staff have the most basic of knowledge and are phenomenally condescending and arrogant. However, ask them just a basic tech question and they are totally lost. When you phone enquire as to when the services will be back (which is daily) no one can give you an answer. Their supposed free 60 min pm phone call benefit has never worked. The only other company worse than RAIN is Openserve. Honestly their service is so bad they do not deserve to exist as a company.

16 Nov 2023, 13:07I am sorry but this is not really going anywhere. I do jot know who I am talking to, firstly,. Secondly, everything you have asked me to do has already been doen countless times. Since your response yesterday there has been zero improvement regarding the internet/wifi connection. It is placed in the most optimal position. Thirdly, the Sim card was registered months ago. It worked for me days and since then Raintalk app just reflect unable to connect. I have tried virtually every week. I seriously do not believe that your client service and or experience is in any way shape or form. All that happens is I as a client run around in circles following your instructions and nothing improves or gets corrected.

22 Nov 2023, 09:09Hi I can be reached any time during the day on ***. As the 069 RAIN number suddenly after my last post started working BUT only for 24 hours and it is dis functional again. Wifi was down for lost of the day yesterday as well. Although that's a daily occruance.

I also notice that I am not remotely the only client ****ed off with Rain. I can guarantee you neither WILLEM Roos nor Patrice Motsepe or the CEO ever has this experience around their private residences, offices or Wine Estates.
