Worst Billing by Rain

Rain has the worst customer service. On the 29th November I made a partial payment of R249.00 which is 50% of subscription as per their partial settlement rule. Now my service has been cut off and I owe R748. How does that make sense?

In May I was double billed an amount of R998. I paid through Shoprite and when I called to complain I was given ******* reasoning.

No matter the number of tickets I've raised in the past none have ever been responded to.
