WORST. BEATS ALL OTHER NETWORKS IN BEING THE WORST
Rain you guys TRULY offer the worst service out there.
Compared to all other networks it is worth eating up their BULL**** than having to sit with the untrained and unknowable staff that work at Rain.
You guys are shocking compared to all other networks. Your staff have NO IDEA in HELL what they talking about at all...... RUDE UNKNOWABLE BAD ATTITUDES UNHELPFUL UNPLEASANT UNSATISFACTORY UNTRAINED
You guys must take your network to Russia... more your kind of PEOPLE

I sent you guys a few mails to assist me and to please understand, but you guys make it so difficult with the poor service that it forces all your current clients, NOT JUST ME....To seek for Other networks even if it costs a bit more, People want service providers that Help where needed and Service Providers that UNDERSTAND peoples situations! RAIN just has not understanding, no consideration and extremely poor service.
