Worst and disappointing service

I am having the worst experience with Rain(Wi-Fi service provider). They deducted double in January 2026, I notified them and up to date (6 February 2026 there has been no communication to clarify what happened. Up to date no funds have been refunded to me. This is the worst service provider which does not care about their clients. No case number has been allocated to me. All I have received was" I will escalate the matter to our billing team and they will contact you". My other debit orders bounced and I incurred penalties because of their incompetence.
