Worst after service ever!

Wonderful how a company can advertise to get business but THINK twice before you agree to take them as your ISP. They are quick to take your money and want to deliver your router BUT when it came to them owing me a refund It's 12 Months now!!! The number on google for phone support is not active and their email addresses to get into contact with anyone is worse than Council. I received two emails confirming the refund during the past 6 months and yet it's not done...

So this just points out my frustration.
Any feedback it can’t take 5 days to get an internal reply from your finance department in a “big” company such as Rain. 30-60mins tops internally or phone and get an answer as your advertised line does not work.
