Worst after sales ever.
I have been having a problem for the past 6 days now going into 7. I had a rough month and my payment was late so I was disconnected. I paid on Friday the 19th of April and I haven't been reconnected when I try to go online I get a pop up saying that my account owes money but when I click the link it says everything is up to date. I've called the callcenter multiple times I have around 4 ref numbers and they keep saying they will escalate the matter They called once but it rand twice and they never called again. What could be so hard about reconnecting me?

25 Apr 2025, 16:08Please look into this, it's been a week already with no internet. When I look at your X page it's riddled with people complaining about the same thing. It is still down now and I've reset it multiple times. If you can't connect me give me my money back so I can buy data!
