Worst 5G wifi ever

So I’ve had the rain 5G package for over 5 months now… month 1 & 2 was the best service ever. Since reaching month 3 to 5 ive had endless problems with the Rain service & network. Spoke to consultants concerning the network problems & as per usual, they say there are tower problems which are being seen to. On the 10th nov i called to log a report of no network. Today is the 17th & there is still a problem. I was told by the consultant to move my router closer to the tower that i receive my signal from (which it was already facing) for a better signal. So either the tower is MOVING because my router is not, or, the 5G network is turning into the Rain 4G network (which is disasterous). I never seem to get a proper answer from these Rain consultants. I think its time to move to fibre now. Rain is a real let down.
