Absolute worst customer service ever! Been over a week without any conection to my modem. 1st reported it on the 13th of May. Since I called back 5 times, every time has been told the matter has been escalated to the relevant department and someone will get back to me. Not a single person has gotten back to me. On the 20th the manager on duty promised "to take matters in his own hands", still nothing.

The issue is not the towers. That might also be an issue now, but it hasn’t been off since the 13th???
There is, like I explained a million times, a connection issue with the router it self. It will all be documented under the numerous queries I have logged
