Worse worse service provider

Worst Experience Ever, If you looking for any home network please do yourself a favor and not even bother with rain, am on a 5G service but it has never connected to 5G, called almost every day with no help, Support I don't even wanna go there...used more airtime than the service fee, that's how bad Rain support desk is and after get no help at all.

I have done everything mention above, my concern is I did not choose rain for troubleshooting connection/network but to get service am paying for, so in the meantime you charge me service for 5G while can only try latch the 4G connection which is the same as using my phone network.Tell me you are Joking cause will try read that response from the customer point of view before even sending replying.

So I must just be hopeful since you don't even have the ETR, Rain is Just a Joke.
