worse Wifi ever

Since last year, I have been using rain WIFI, since last year with no joy because of extremely slow wifi, I have been complaining but this time all I want is the money that i used to buy telkom data for more than R1000, while paying rain R699 every month . Rain maximum speed is 4.6mbps , I need my money back urgently.

Can someone from rain get my money back urgently, its like the people who are assisting me they don't know what they are doing first Steven Konyana, asked me where do I want my money to be paid to, the next thing Rain is not paying again, even though i sent them proof of how much i had to spend because of the slow, from the first time I complained WIFI billing department clearly they don't know what they are doing,,,,Rain pay my money back please
