Worse Wi-Fi and Customer service

And I am back and more frustrated as previously.

Not even a full month and I am back complaining about Rain, so on the 03rd of March 2026, I received assistance with my new replacement box that was already at my home for 1 day. Note: I was unable to use my Wi-Fi for 5 days and guess what I had to make full payment for those days. This router is more worse then the previous one and through it looks so cute once you receive it. I have been complaining on the Rain app and WhatsApp number that they have provided. All I receive is that we will log a urgent ticket and nothing after that. Everyday I must message them saying the Wi-Fi is not working, I had to now move fully back to the office as I am not even able to use the Wi-Fi during the day. At night when I message them I am told to reboot the wi-fi or move the wi-fi but still the same thing and if there is no solution, They have been logging a ticket until today I am still waiting for a call. I called and they just tell me that the wi-fi is normal and that its connected to the secondary site , which can affect speed and stability. So how can I pay for something that is not working, no one has been in contact with me once a ticket is logged.

Also I was advised that for the 5 days that I was unable to use the Wi-fi, they will deduct the days by the operator. When I received the SMS of my amount I immediately escalated and now they cant find the call or agent that said so.

This is the worse wi-fi network i every had to deal with and I never before experienced those issues, Its been 4 months and nothing changed.
