Worse than telkom as a internet provider

If I could leave 0 stars, hell, minus stars, I would. Rain is the worst internet provider in South Africa, and that says a lot to someone who was with Telkom. For reference, I am paying for the unlimited speed package, which by the way is about R1000+ a MONTH. While yes, the speeds I can get are really goo,d about 200 + download, but that is a rare occurrence. Like these past 3 weeks, my download speed has not been above 10 Mbps, like ***. Calling their support team is like speaking to a brick wall, asking you to restart the router, as if I have not done it several times, and then they just tell you they are busy investigating the case, or the tower is down, now if the tower is down how tf, does it go down every single week or two weeks. Most ***********, money grabbing provider, take your money elsewhere. DO NOT EVER GET RAIN
