Worse than ever
Ugh, RAIN, what a disappointment! 🙄 I've been a customer for a while now, and the service has been terrible. Constant outages, slow speeds, and when I try to contact support, crickets 🐜. Will get one of pur technicians to call you, move the router next to the windows, that one i guarantee you no miss.
I'm paying a small fortune for this "unlimited" data, but it's anything but unlimited. Throttling is a real thing, guys. And don't even get me started on the customer service – it's like talking to a brick wall 🧱.
All in all, I'd give RAIN 1/5 stars. Not worth the hassle, folks. If you're looking for reliable internet, look elsewhere. 😤
RAIN internet is slow, unreliable, and customer service is nonexistent. Wouldn't recommend. 👎
