Worse service than Telkom

The worst support I have ever had, thats saying a lot, since I have dealt with telkom.

1. Call Center - IVR after 20 minutes saying they have tech issues, this is nonsense. 2. Facebook, I just get ignored 3. Rain website - Live chat that never responds, automated logout form the site while waiting for a live chat. Like in where on earth is the logic in that one. Really... 4. Email, only email replies i get is the automated system replies.

So the expectation is that I pay R1000 a month, but get intermittent internet. My current speed is 3 mg down, and 0.15 up. This is now on 5G...

Everything use to be great, but now my net is not usable.
