Worse service than any network provider in South Africa

This is the worst network provider I ever used, I am even switching it to other service provider. I can’t get help, they don’t respond to queries and they use a chat bot to resolve queries and that creates more frustration as it doesn’t resolve anything. I kept on restarting the 101 route but it doesn’t connect to the internet. I can’t recommend this to anyone else
