Worse Service recieved & empty promises

I have requested for s sim swap and ordered for a new sim card on the 29/03/2024.

I was told that I will receive a call from Rain to finalize the sim swap order. No call was ever received from Rain.

I followed up on the 10 of April and I was told that I will receive a call from the Courier to arrange for delivery date.

Today is the 15th April.. i still have not received any call from Rain & their respective couriers.
