Worse service provider ever

Once again agter having issues with rain in Oct and November with funds being allocated to other people's accounts rain managed to deduct money on my account which is up to date I don't miss payments yet I'm sitting with this issue again money was deducted yet my payment date is the 1st of every new month my services are still very much active but money is being deducted after speaking to Ryan who confirmed my account is up to date I now again have to send a proof of payment from account to rain question is why are they deducting money when my services are active!
