Worse service provider ever

So I signed up with Rain on the 15th December package was delivered on the Monday the 19th December I was impressed with the quick service , but that quickly turned to frustration as today is the 23rd December and the Sim is still not active, I have called and emailed them but still they are unable to active a simple sim card which should take about 2/24 hours standard turn around times but seems like they should say 2 to 3 weeks
