Worse service provider

Worse service provider and customer service ever I have been offline for days now and all I hear is the tower story as usual and they always creating ticket after ticket. It so annoying that the only time you get help you must come here and report Rain and miraculously the problem that can go for days even weeks it get solved and the towers repairs themselves in an instant.
